Sep. 21st, 2011 11:09 pmAfter a few weeks at school, Robin was starting to know his way around. He also thought he'd met most of the fellow students he was going to meet.
Then he met Anastasia Von Spookie. Possibly not her real name. He was walking with Pepe to their voice lesson when they came upon her in the hallway. She was standing dramatically in the shadows, wearing a black velvet neo-victorian dress.
Pepe's eyes widened at the sight of the darkly beautiful Muppet girl, and sidled closer to Robin. And then inched his way behind him.
"Careful she may be a witch okay."
Robin had forgotten that Pepe didn't have his life experience. "No she's not a witch Pepe, she's a Goth."
"Oh." Pepe sighed. "Then we're safe okay. Because we're not Romans."
Robin nodded. "Exactly." Then he went up to introduce himself. It turned out she was in their voice class.
"I'm a little behind I'm afraid." she said. "I would have been here weeks ago but there were so many complications getting here from home."
"Where's home?" Robin asked. Her accent sounded a bit like the Count's.
"Halifax. Nova Scotia."
Her late arrival meant she had to perform for the class so the teacher could see where she was at vocally. Robin and Pepe had already had to do this.
Robin's mouth dropped open at her choice of song.
I hope I still have the clothes from Abby's class.
